1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Buzz Plug NG website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Age Restriction (18+)
Buzz Plug sells alcoholic beverages (BuzzBallz cocktails, 13–15% ABV). You must be at least 18 years old to browse, purchase, or receive our products. By using the site you confirm you are of legal drinking age. We may require valid ID on delivery and may refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified. Please drink responsibly.
3. Use of the Service
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity under your account. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to resell our products without authorisation.
4. Orders and Payment
Prices may be displayed in NGN, USD, or GBP for convenience, but all orders are settled in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed by our third-party provider, TransactPay, or arranged by bank transfer/WhatsApp confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where products are mispriced or unavailable. Applicable taxes and delivery fees are shown at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Buzz Plug NG name, logo, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission. BuzzBallz is a trademark of its respective owner; we are an authorised reseller of imported product.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzz Plug NG is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
