Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your Buzz Plug order. Because we sell sealed alcoholic beverages, some restrictions apply for health, safety, and legal reasons.
1. Refund & Replacement Eligibility
- Damaged or leaking cans: if a can arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we'll replace it or refund it.
- Wrong item: if you receive a flavour or quantity you didn't order, we'll correct it.
- Report any issue within 24–48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and your order number.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or consumed product cannot be returned or refunded.
- Sealed product returned simply because you changed your mind, where the seal is intact and there is no defect, is at our discretion.
- Orders that could not be delivered because the recipient could not show valid 18+ ID.
3. How to Request a Refund
Message us on WhatsApp at 08034401304 or email hello@buzzplugng.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved refunds are processed promptly.
4. Currency
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (Nigerian Naira, ₦), in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) requirements. Prices shown in USD/GBP are for display only.
